Justice: (from Atlanta,Georgia) Do you think Falcon fans have anything positive to look forward to next season, or is next season going to be a lost cause also?

A.Williamson:  As much as it saddens me to say this Justice, I think next season will be just as if not more frustrating for Falcons fans.  You guys will probably be extremely hyped up about what seems to be a great free agent pick-up, then even more hyped up about a solid draft that produces either a franchise quaterback or stud running back.  However, by week 5 you'll realize that your great free agent is only average on a below average team (ex: John Abraham deal), and your rookie quaterback or running back will play just like that, a rookie.  Your rookie head coach will beg for patience while he trys to rebuild the franchise, and plan his next job oppurtunity.  Finally, your team will finish with a overachieving 4-12 record.  Sorry Justice.

Andrew: (from Miami, Florida) What do you feel are the chances of Bill actually using the number 1 pick on a player instead of trading it away?

A. Williamson: Knowing Parcells' track record, I would be very surprised if he actually picks someone here.  Looking over the Dolphins roster, there are far too many glaring holes to invest that much money into one player.  He will only use this pick if  there are no takers on a trade offer.  It's hard to think that he would stay put just to get Dorsey or Long, when he has an entire roster to overhaul.

Kellen: (from Boston, Massachusetts) Do you think there is any chance of the Patriots trading down with Miami for the #1 pick?

A.Williamson: Good to hear from you again Kellen.  I don't think that the Pats will trade down to the #1 pick this year because there aren't any players they covet that dearly.  Losing the Super Bowl this year pretty much killed any chance of that.  Their strategy of building for now and not the future backfired on them this time.  They will probably focus on getting some youth through the draft instead of trading away thier picks for older "big name" players.  Its time for them to reload, not break the bank on one unproven rookie.

Yallonda: (from New Orleans,Louisiana) What direction do you see the Saints going in with the 10th pick in this years draft?

A.Williamson: Yallonda, I think it depends solely on how things go in free agency.  If the Saints are able to land a player like Lance Briggs, Asante Samuel, Marcus Trufant, or Albert Haynesworth, then the direction they go in will be drastically altered.  I personally wouldn't mind seeing either Sedrick Ellis, Keith Rivers, Dan Connor, or Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie drafted with the 10th pick in the draft.  Either way, the Saints should have an immediate impact player with their first round pick.

Brandon: (from Cincinati, Ohio) Do you think that the Bengals will really trade Chad Johnson this off-season?

A.Williamson: I would say the chances of that happening are slim to none.  In Johnson's attempt to cause enough confusion within the franchise to force a trade, he has effectively dropped his value with other teams.  At best it would be a Randy Moss type of situation, in which the Bengals would only get a third round pick for a superstar talent.  This is probably unacceptable to the Bengals considering they still feel they can compete for a championship.  Had he done things the classy way and expressed his frustration behind closed doors, they might have gotten something of value for him, and he could have been out of Cincinati.  Now he'll just be the most unhappy Pro Bowl reciever for the Cincinati Bengals!
