ImageIndianapolis Colts @ Buffalo Bills

With the Colts already with the #1 Seed in the AFC, this is a meaningless game for Jim Caldwell and Indianapolis. He took some slack for pulling his starters and costing his team a shot at a perfect season, but the chance to get his starters a fresh pair of legs for their post season run cant be passed up. Records don’t mean too much if you don’t win the Superbowl, and if both RB’s are healed up now, DE Robert Mathis nursing his quad need his rest to help heal up. This could pan out to be a good thing for the Colts who are still the hottest team in the NFL.

Needs To Win:

I expect the Colts to enter this game again like it is a warm up for the post season. Their starters will play but I think Jim Caldwell will rest them again. Stopping the Bills offense will take a combination of containing one of the most underrated RB tandems in the league today, Fred Jackson and Marshawn Lynch and also getting to QB Ryan Fitzpatrick. Their offense is ranked at the bottom of the league and have a very hard time moving the football. I expect while the Colts starters are on the field their offense will put up points and move the football with no problem.
